1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PCIS ("Private Client Intelligence Solutions") platform, operated by MFB Consultancy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all users of the PCIS Command Center and related services.

2. Description of Service

PCIS provides a SaaS platform for real estate brokers in the UAE and GCC region. Our services include AI-powered client intelligence, WhatsApp Business messaging and template management, broker operations management, performance analytics, and related business tools accessible through the PCIS Command Center.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. WhatsApp Business Integration

Our platform integrates with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform to provide messaging services. By connecting your WhatsApp Business Account through our Embedded Signup flow, you authorize PCIS to access and manage your WhatsApp Business data, including sending and receiving messages and managing message templates, on your behalf. Your use of WhatsApp Business features through our platform is also subject to Meta's Terms of Service and WhatsApp Business Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our platform to send spam, unsolicited messages, or any content that violates applicable laws or regulations; violate WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy or Meta's Platform Terms; infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others; transmit malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or use the platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

The PCIS platform, including its design, features, and content, is the property of MFB Consultancy and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you upload to our platform. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PCIS and MFB Consultancy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in the UAE.
